How it works
Join via a one-hour conference call on Wednesdays*, or stream/download the archived version and listen at your convenience.
Shinzen will lead the group in a short guided meditation in a core technique.
Then we'll listen as Shinzen engages one-on-one with one of your peer meditators to integrate practice into life.
We'll end with another short guided meditation and last thoughts.

(*These programs occur live on Wednesdays at the time of the guest’s choice, compatible with their workday. If Shinzen is traveling or leading a retreat, a pre-recorded session will be posted in the archives that Wednesday in lieu of a live program.)
